Absolutely amazing hotel! Convenient location, beautiful interior. Wonderful new spa, perfect for relaxation. Outstanding food, no complaints. Clean wellness area, relaxing chill out room. Spacious double room with mountain view. Ideal for skiing at Merano 2000. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food and location were the highlights of our stay. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of options offered. We also appreciated the hotel's prime location, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. the spa was great, providing us with the perfect environment for relaxation.
Our stay was not all smooth sailing. The language barrier posed a problem as most of the staff spoke little to no English, making communication difficult at times.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were perfect for our needs and we especially enjoyed the clean and well-maintained spa area. The location was also very convenient, and we were able to easily explore the city using the transportation provided by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great selection of food to choose from. we were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail of this hotel.

The pool could be more spacious, especially when kids are in it.

The pool was quite small, which meant that it could get crowded at times. some of the staff struggled to communicate effectively in English, which made it difficult to navigate certain aspects of the hotel.
